Lou Gagnon
Louis Gagnon is Vice President, Xerox North American Supplies responsibly for Xerox Canadian Operations. He was appointed to this role in 2010, and is responsible for all post sale supplies sold in Canada.
Previously, Louis was in charge of sales and operations in the Great Lakes / Mid West region, and was appointed to this position in January 2009.
Prior to this, for three years Louis was responsible for the Canadian Agent Operations group, which marketed the full line of Xerox solutions to small and medium sized businesses in Canada through 70 independent sales agency partners. He held responsibility for the way in which CAO customized its tactical operations to suit the changing markets for our customers, and secured double-digit revenue growth, while ensuring that Xerox’s global strategy provided products and services to our customers.
As well, Gagnon was the business development manager for the Ontario region for six years. In this role he successfully adapted Xerox’s traditional marketing plans to the education and health care sector needs within the province.
Gagnon joined Xerox in August 1981. Since that time he has held roles in sales, marketing, supplies, and general management.
Gagnon has a diploma in Business Administration from St Clair College and currently sits on the Marketing Advisory Board for Mohawk College in Hamilton On. He lives in Ancaster, Ontario, with his wife and two children and enjoys travel and golf in his spare time.
