Dee-Ann Lama is Vice President of Sales, Central Region, for Xerox Canada. She is responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, sales coverage, marketing and customer support programs for the company’s direct, agent and channel partner sales operations. Dee’s key focus is to grow Xerox’ business in Ontario through a services-led, technology driven approach. In addition, Dee’s mandate is to continue market leadership in the technology sector, particularly in the Graphic Communications industry which represents a key market for Xerox. Lastly, Dee is committed to working closely with Xerox’ partner community to expand awareness and market share in the SMB segment.
Previously, Dee-Ann was Vice President of Marketing where she was responsible for overall development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for Xerox technology by vertical market as well as Xerox’ managed services portfolio. Dee was responsible for Xerox’ integrated marketing strategy that encompassed all product lines, new development of services offerings, marketing communications and market segmentation which will drive Xerox Canada’s go-to-market strategy.
She has held numerous roles since that time, including Vice President and General Manager, Eastern Canada, General Manager of Sales Operations and General Manager of the Financial Services / Banking Sales Team, Large Enterprise Sales Manager and Business Development Executive.
Dee-Ann holds a BA in English from the University of Western Ontario. Dee-Ann is also a board member for the Canadian Women in Communications and Technology and an industry council member for Homeward Bound, a Woodgreen Program to assist female led families in unstable conditions to transition to independent living. In 2011, Dee was recognized as an Ottawa Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award recipient.
Dee lives in Oakville with her husband and their two daughters.
