Diane Smalley is Vice President of Client Delivery for Xerox Canada, responsible for national technical services, professional services, pre-sale assessment and transition, managed document site operations, and supply chain operations.

Since joining Xerox in 1990, Diane has held a number of progressively challenging executive roles, including most recently Vice President of Transformation and Innovation, in which she led the strategy design and execution, acquisition transition and business intelligence at Xerox Canada.

Before that Diane led the organization’s sales and operational activities for existing services clients across Canada, as well as overall strategic direction and client satisfaction. Diane was also the Chief Financial Officer for Xerox Canada for four years.

Diane holds an Honors BA in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Certified Management Accountant. She is also an active volunteer in the community and has held leadership positions supporting the United Way.
