TORONTO, ON – As part of an ongoing effort to improve the efficiency and accessibility of its customer service, Xerox Canada today launched Xerox @ Your Fingertips ( a new website that serves as a one-stop-shop for all customer related inquiries.

"Customers are our top priority at Xerox. Part of maintaining and improving customer satisfaction means constant interaction with this important group to ensure processes are upgraded on a regular basis,” said Tony Martino, vice president, business operations, Xerox Canada. "Xerox @ Your Fingertips is a simple, straightforward resource for Canadian customers that allows them to access daily functions in a self-service manner via the website, or speak to representatives on the phone, should a more urgent matter arise."

The site was launched in reaction to the result of extensive surveys done with both customers and employees over the last five months as part of Xerox’s commitment to the Lean Six Sigma process. To ensure the site remains timely, visitors will be encouraged to add their questions to the Answers @ Your Fingertips interactive database, featuring FAQs and answers from customers and employees.

Now entering its fifth year of deployment, annual financial targets for Lean Six Sigma at Xerox have been met or exceeded each year, delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in profitability to the company. In many cases, Xerox customers have also profited from Xerox’s use of Lean Six Sigma with reduced costs, improved process efficiencies and even new revenue streams.
